Discover a collection inspired by the British Arts and Crafts designers who made nature a centerpiece of the home. Surrey Hills brings nature indoors in a similarly fresh, organic way. While it shares Mission s quartersawn white oak and generous posts, it trades spindles and reverse tapers for a framed trellis design iconic to its English cousin.

For a dramatic expression in the bedroom, the Four-Poster Bed offers 90-inch-tall quartersawn white oak posts connected by slender top rails. Oak panels form the headboard and low footboard, and the headboard is topped with the collection's signature open fretwork of laser-cut vines. The posts rest in low ferrules of satin brass.

Furniture can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new furniture should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.
